This is a great way to build a community of regulars. Have your customers contribute pictures of themselves, trim out the background and turn each into their own "action figure". Then display each on mini main street in your store front window. It's a small, small world after all, and everyone wants to be part of it. Smart.

I have a wonderful humming bird feeder outside my office window that draw a lot of interest from our cats, Kimo and Sabi. Fortunately, we put new screens in this year. Can you say Catholic with a capital C? See this church's sunwashed exterior, it's plaza fountain and its exquisite stained glass windows. I tried different natural and flash lighting on the fountain; most shots were taken at slow shutter speeds, using my new Manfrotto tripod and ball head.
